PRECISION CUTTING WITH A COMPUTER-CONTROLLED BRIDGE SAW
The computer-controlled bridge saw BRAVO E/8.0 is able to cut nearly every material and can cut to various dimensions and formats. It is also able massive granite and marble blocks to be processed individually.
Precision cutting with 5 axis waterjet technology
The waterjet technology uses a cold cutting technique where water is compressed to a pressure of up to 4000 bar and a water jet of 1 mm diameter by means of a nozzle.
The table size of the machine is 2000 x 4200 mm and the X-Y Travel is approx. 1860 x 4000 mm.
For natural stone processing, waterjet technology is used for millimeter precision for cut outs on kitchen countertops, ceramic cook tops, extractors, kitchen sinks, specialized shapes as well as miter cuts.
In addition to natural stone products, other materials such as steel, high-grade steel, aluminum, glass, Perspex and ceramics etc. can be precisely cut regardless of the material thickness.
CAD drawings are provided, programmed and after a test cut on the material, released for production.
MILLING AND SURFACE TREATMENT with the BREMBANA MACHINING CENTRE
Upon customer request, different surface treatments are available by use of the BREMBANA MACHINING CENTRE “Speed3”.
With this machine, various items can be produced. For example: massive natural stone partition walls, massive natural stone basins, natural stone bowls as well as individual design patterns in natural stone and stoneware materials.
